An online roofing inquiry is not a signed scope of work.

These terms took effect on 2026-10-08.

They apply from 2026-10-08 to the public pages, inquiry forms, support chat and other ordinary use of tinroofco.com. They are written for a homeowner comparing a metal roofing contractor Austin, asking about a roof leak inspection Austin or trying to replace old metal roof Austin without being sold a distant guess.

Reading the site does not commit a visitor to a project. Sending an inquiry means the visitor wants a response under the boundaries on this page.

The terms are with Tinroofco, trading at tinroofco.com.

The public brand is Tin Roof Co. The operator named for these terms is Tinroofco, trading at tinroofco.com. The postal address is 116 Workshop Way, Floor 2, Austin, Texas 83299, Austin, Texas, United States.

Questions about these terms can be sent to office@tinroofco.com or +1 (801) 555-6106. This site concerns roofing services for homes in Austin, Texas, not a materials marketplace or a general contractor directory.

The site explains four roofing jobs and gives a route to ask.

Tin Roof Co. describes new metal roof installation, roof leak repair, old roof replacement and small seasonal roof repair. The useful distinction is practical: identify the failure, set out the scope in writing, then discuss the repair or replacement. Metal panels fail at details before they fail in the field.

The site does not perform an inspection merely because someone reads a page. It does not diagnose a property from a stain, a photograph or a postcode. It does not provide a map, account area, checkout, payment flow, financing offer or marketplace matching service.

A phrase such as roof flashing repair Austin or metal roof fastener repair Austin describes a kind of request, not a finding about a particular roof.

Nothing is sold or paid for on this site.

The catalogue is inquiry-only. Nothing is sold on the site, no payment is taken, and no card data is requested. A figure shown in an exchange, if any, is an estimate and not a binding quote. The public pages do not present a binding price.

An inquiry becomes an order only after the relevant people have discussed the property and a project-specific written scope and terms have been reviewed before work. A form submission is not acceptance of work, a start date, a material order or a promise that the crew can take the job.

Send the address, roof type and what the weather changed. A leak mark inside the house is not necessarily the leak location.

A roofing price depends on what is under the covering.

Any discussion is in USD. For a new metal roof installation, the basis includes roof area, pitch, access, metal profile, underlayment, flashing, penetrations and requested finish after site review. For roof leak repair, it includes access, leak conditions, failed fasteners or seams, flashing, weather exposure and the repair scope found on inspection.

Old roof replacement can change with the existing covering, tear-off conditions, deck exposure, disposal, access, replacement metal system and detail work. A small seasonal roof repair can change with the issue location, material, safe access, replacement parts, weather damage and the extent of the observed repair.

That is why Tin Roof Co. refuses to turn a distant guess into a price promise. Extra damage, concealed conditions, access and a changed requested finish can change the scope.

Use the pages for roofing information and a genuine inquiry.

A visitor may read, print, link to and use the public material for a lawful personal or business roofing question. A visitor may not probe, overload or disrupt the site; submit another person's data without permission; impersonate Tin Roof Co.; scrape the pages at a damaging rate; upload malicious code; or use the forms to send spam, threats or deceptive content.

Do not use the inquiry form to request a payment, password or account. The operator may treat a submission as misuse when it does not describe a real request or when it puts the service or another person at risk.

The site's words, photographs and marks stay with their owners.

Text, layout, photographs, logos, marks and other material published on tinroofco.com belong to Tinroofco or the party that supplied the relevant rights. A visitor may read and print a copy for personal reference, but may not reproduce the site as a competing roofing destination, remove attribution, sell the photographs or present Tin Roof Co.'s marks as their own.

The permission to read a page does not transfer an image licence or create a right to use the logo. Contact office@tinroofco.com with a specific reuse question.

The public pages are provided as information, not as a warranted result.

The site and its copy are provided as is for general information about roofing inquiries. Weather, access, hidden conditions, materials, existing workmanship and a roof's actual failure can differ from an image or description. No page warrants that a leak will be found in one visit, that work will begin by a particular date, or that a repair will last for a stated number of years.

Search language is not a certification, licence claim, review, star rating or performance figure. Tin Roof Co. does not claim certification, a founding year, a team count or a project count that the operator has not supplied.

Use a roof decision at the right level of certainty.

To the extent permitted by law, Tinroofco is not liable for a decision made solely from general website copy, a delayed or failed transmission, a third-party service, an unavailable page, an incorrect address supplied by a visitor or a condition not disclosed in an inquiry. This limit concerns the public information service and does not rewrite any project-specific written terms that are reviewed before work.

Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility that applicable law does not permit the operator to exclude. A visitor should call or write if the matter is time-sensitive rather than assuming a form has been received.

Access can be refused when the site is being misused.

Tinroofco may refuse, limit or withdraw access to a page, form or chat when a visitor violates these terms, submits abusive or malicious material, interferes with operation, or creates a security or privacy risk. A technical pause may also be needed for maintenance or a service failure.

Refusing access does not erase information that the site is required to retain under its privacy notice. It does not turn an inquiry into an order and does not create a charge.

These terms run under Texas law in the United States.

These terms run under the law of Texas, United States. Disputes about these terms are heard in the courts of Austin. That statement does not add a licence, registration number or certification claim, and it does not replace the project-specific written terms that must be reviewed before work.

Visitors from another place may have mandatory rights that apply to them. Nothing in this clause is intended to remove a right that applicable law does not permit a party to waive.

A changed term is marked with a new date.

Tinroofco may change these terms when the site, inquiry route or legal requirements change. The current copy is published on this page with a new effective date and version in its heading. A material change is announced on the public site in a way that gives a visitor a fair chance to read it before using the affected route.

Continuing to browse after a changed version is published does not create a project order. If a visitor disagrees, they can stop using the site and contact Tinroofco with a question.
